The bag is decent but all the hardware and zippers are difficult to open and close. The bag also came with a visible dent. It's also a little lighter than I expected. It comes with two sets of handles for you to use. One long for shoulder bag and one short for shoulder bag/clutch. The short works well but the crossbody doesn't work. I don't have time to return it as I need it for an event so I'm keeping it to myself.
