Terrible customer service, broke after a few months, no warranty, no repair

I bought Lattissima Touch White and after a few months the milk foam stopped working. On June 21st, after Nespresso spent hours working with customer service and running several tests on the machine, Nespresso concluded that the machine's frothed milk was the problem and had to be replaced at my expense (believe it or not). I have requested a replacement part but it was not in stock and Nespresso will call me in the second week of July as soon as it is available. Well 2 months after my first call and no contact I contacted the customer service chat. Parts are not yet in stock and the machine model is no longer in production. I have requested a new coffee maker and Nespresso refuses to replace it. Their solution for me is to wait until frothed milk becomes available, but they don't have a tentative date on when it will be back in stock. Long story short, they haven't had a part for months, the machine is out of production so the part is probably out of production, I'm stuck with a broken product and Nespresso refuses to replace the machine or give me the money to refund the broken one. . I didn't buy an expensive cappucino machine not only to make coffee so it only lasts 7 months and also gets this horrible customer service with no sympathy for their consumers. Stay away from Nespresso, they have no ability to make good products and don't respect their customers.
