Short cord headphones are very hard to find and I needed them after the left side of my Sony headphones went under water. Found them relatively inexpensive and was blown away by the excellent sound quality. Clear and sufficient basis. They also fit very well as the buds have a suction sensation that blocks outside noise well. The earbuds themselves are encased in a heavy metal case, making them a bit heavier but not sacrificing comfort. The only minor note is the cord itself. The cord looks durable due to the rubber webbing. The problem is that the wires hold a bit instead of falling off. In addition, they are ideal for portable clip-on players.
