The platform allows our organization easy access into Salesforce CRM in order for us as sales people to interact with clients quickly without being tied up or distracted from other aspects of what we do every day! I am not sure if it's something that has been improved but when entering an account number (or any information) sometimes there seems no way around having my finger hover over each key before inputting correctly so this takes time away from meeting deadlines etc. Sometimes also some entries seem quite hard-to-find - perhaps just me? But overall very impressed at how simple yet effective using telagus really makes things easier compared to doing them manually! With ease comes stress relief, right?!
