This necklace sparkles like rhinestones. On a recent hike, my dog Bonnie received several compliments on her cute necklace. She also wears seat belts when we drive to keep her in place. She only weighs 4lbs so the collar felt a little big at first (she used to wear cat collars) but now that I've gotten used to it it seems perfect. It was too long so my husband trimmed it a bit.
