Given that I take multiple supplements both pre (caffeine, creatine, BCAA, beta-alanine) and post (BCAA, vitamin C&E, creatine) a workout, it's hard to know what drives what, no matter how high the energy level, the exercises are effective. I hope that the supplements can reduce post-workout pain. I noticed the so-called tingling effect of beta-alanine. It's a weird feeling, but it actually seems to boost my workout. The capsules are also very easy to swallow with some other supplements. I ordered and used the dietary supplements myself without compensation. However, after ordering from BulkSupplements (which I chose as my first choice for these supplements - high quality, bulk prices and capsule form) I received an email from them offering me a free product of my choice in exchange for an unbiased review offered. on a product that I have never ordered or reviewed. I chose ALCAR capsules and will let you know how it goes.
