Great tool and easy interface - helps make sure all staff is paid fairly
The ability to see historical trends in salary for my team members when I am searching salaries. Also being able to set up alerts that notify me if the amount of money that people are earning changes. There really isn't anything about this program that I dislike. If you have any questions feel free to contact us! We were looking for an easier way to keep track of our own comp compared against other teams within our organization. This has been very helpful in keeping everyone on board with each other's pay increases/decreases as well as helping ensure we aren't paying employees too much or not enough.

- Easy tracking system
- Ability To Set Up Alerts For Any Amount Of Money That A Person Is EarningOr NotEarning And Get An Email With New Information Or Changes In Payments Made By Other People Within Our Organization.
- Very easy interface great tool overall, although it can be slightly confusing at first but once used is pretty straightforward :)

- Sometimes there seems like more information than necessary
