The customer service! They are very responsive with any questions I have had as of late regarding my account or campaigns in general!! And it's not just me who has been really impressed by their team - all our clients we've talked to so far say they're great too. ! If you need help running your SEM/PPA campaign then this is definitely for YOU. Their reporting tools can be quite confusing at first but once everything gets figured out its easy peasy :) Also some new features would make things much easier like creating custom landing pages through keywordfirst instead doing them yourself which was super time consuming haha :). So many different options that makes choosing what works best depending upon how well each aspect fits into business needs etc.. Great product overall- highly recommended if looking specifically towards SEO/sempremium level ads management solutions from one place.- Easy onboarding process when setting up accounts; ability add multiple domains under single client profile without having.
