I've had this little vacuum for 2 years now and it was working great until a few weeks ago the brush started to spin for a few seconds and then stop. I took the entire brush head out of the bottom and cleaned it and when I put it back in it continued spinning for a few seconds and then stopped. I read the reviews on here and saw that many other people had the same problem and couldn't fix the problem so I was about to throw out my mighty little vacuum cleaner but then I took another swipe and FIXED THE PROBLEM. !Here's what you need to do: 1) Remove the brush from the bottom. 2) VERY CAREFULLY with a thin tool or knife (I used a curved cheese knife) remove the white end caps from the brush. Be very careful as there is a tiny white washer underneath that you don't want to lose. Completely remove the white caps and washers from the brush. 3) Go into the slots at the ends of the brush where you removed the white caps and clean them out - you'll probably find a lot of hair and dirty stuff. .4) We collect everything back as it was before. Boom. Did. Your mighty vacuum cleaner is back in business.
