Just what I needed for my old iPad! I'm a beautician and all my spa tunes are stored on my old iPad. I needed a stand it could fit on and a little extra speaker compared to what only the iPad itself has. That's great. I still can't play the music too loud, otherwise it disturbs the other tenants in the building. The audio is clear and can be quite loud. I wouldn't compare it to an expensive device. Not much bass if that's what you're looking for. I like the light too. It creates a bit of atmosphere as my lights are usually dimmed. It is durable and has a good weight. I have a watch while he plays music. I have to lift it up a bit or else my iPad will cover the speaker and muffle the sound a bit. But it makes it lightweight and stays where you put it. Right now, anything you want to carry has Bluetooth. It syncs with it to easily play music. ALSO. You don't have to worry about what model of iPad or phone you have since you put it on the shelf. It doesn't snap or kink. It's just on the shelf! I am very happy with this purchase!
