Works well. Don't forget to change the frequency when using MacBook Pro.

Works great with my MacBook Pro and LG 24ud58 4k monitor. This monitor has 2 HDMI 2.0 and 1 DP. On desktop PCs, only the new graphics card supports HDMI 2.0. So I connect my desktop to the DP and use it to connect my laptop. I can then switch the input source with the monitor button instead of changing the connection. It should be mentioned that in order to work below 60Hz, I have to manually change the frequency from 30 to 60 in the display (hold option and click Scaled, then click Low Resolution Mode Show").
