I was introduced into this company through my former employer where they were searching for new talent within their sales department. The interview process takes place over phone calls which can be somewhat tricky if you have never had any prior interviews before but it didn't take long after getting hired until we became good friends so no worries there. At first glance everything seems fine when talking with co workers however once working hours begin things could become stressful due to lack of communication from management side. It would be very helpful to let employees know what tasks will need to be done throughout shift thus allowing them time off between shifts without being required overtime pay.
