Review on Car Radio Stereo 10 Inch Touch Screen For Jeep Wrangler 2011-2014 With Apple CarPlay Andriod Auto by Daveon Jumps

I purchased as new items. All four items I received have clearly been installed and modified by a previous user. Their modifications were not up to my standard. The head unit had already been connected to multiple cell phones. Settings have been changed from what I expect to be factory. I am unable to acquire the security codes for a factory reset or developer access. I reached out to the company 7 days ago and they have not replied to 3 emails I have sent.The unit is working in the jeep but very inconsistently. Both the wireless and the wired apple carplay is inconsistent at best. Only one of the USB cables work. Luckily the apple carplay USB cable is the one that does work.I purchased their recommended backup camera. The camera appears to be in a 4 times Zoom configuration which makes it highly unfunctional as a backup camera.Hopefully I will hear from them soon.** Update**They did reach out to work on increasing my satisfaction. I decided the used plastic I received would be good enough. I also mentioned that only one of the USB plugs was working. They said they would send me a new one. I haven’t received a new one, and they stopped responding to my emails.The Bluetooth continues to be very hit or miss. The CarPlay rarely will load over wireless. Recently, the entire radio has reset to factory settings twice but still has the JEEP logo at boot up? Makes me feel like it isn’t an actual factory reset if it manages to keep this one setting?Ultimately, not impressed. Wish it would’ve fallen apart within the return window. Glad I kept the factory dash plastic out in the garage.
