Excellent as a heat source for brooding chicks!
WE LOVE IT! They are a great alternative to the traditional heat lamp. They fit in the same ceramic socket/holder as a regular heating pad so you don't need to buy anything extra/special to install your incubator. Just buy them instead of red or white heat lamps! We will never come back! Picture of our rearing cage (this is a 45 gallon drinker for size reference and a quart sized feeder/drinker).
