So I saw this mop on social networks and finally gave up. I have two kids and the floors are laminate so I have to mop all the time. Love the fact that it really wrings out the mop as I know wet mopping isn't the best way but I think it's necessary. When I opened the box I was surprised there were no instructions but I found them at the bottom of the box so be sure to read them before throwing the box away. I was surprised that the mop head is made from such a soft material which obviously doesn't last long but the specs say it should be replaced every three months which seems reasonable. You can toss the mop head in the washing machine but I figured that would speed up wear and tear so I just quickly hand washed it as I emptied the bucket. Be aware that long haired people get tangled in the mop at home so you have to yank them out, but that doesn't seem to damage the material. I used a cleaning mix I found in Tiktok (hot water, Fabuloso and Tide powder) which seemed to work great leaving the floors clean and smelling nice. The mop handle is retractable and adjustable. My only complaint is that I wish it had a funnel to pour water and cleaning solution, the hole is quite small so I spilled on the first try. Overall I feel like this mop definitely lives up to the hype and I'm glad I got it.
