I like how easy it was for me as an admin user (not technical) who has never used this product before - but just needed some insights about our processes! The fact they have so many different ways of getting data in one place made things very simple indeed from my end point perspective. There are lots more features we could use with 90 which would be great if possible at least down the road when there will hopefully be another upgrade version out soonish after launch. We're using their platform mostly internally within our own organisation however do also work closely externally too. It helps us track KPIs across departments/functions etc., allows quick access via mobile devices and saves time by having everything together in 1 spot rather than needing multiple systems or spreadsheets set up separately per function area e.g HR vs Finance & Admin teams.
