Great weights best in my review

I love that I can add or subtract weight and a uses for knee and leg strengthening after I total left knee replacement and they are paying off they are worth their weight in gold!

Pros

These are so comfortable and easy to use, easier to change weights out than other designs

Cons

Might not fit all ankle sizes
