UPDATE: In response to my feedback, I received a response from Master & Dynamic addressing my previously unanswered questions. I also emailed them with a support question and they responded quickly and were helpful. Because of this, I have removed my comments about the negative customer support experience and updated my review accordingly. listens to Apple Music, AAC and MP3 compressed audio files. I was thrilled when I first read about the MW65 headphones as I've always thought the Master and Dynamic headphones looked great. I know sound is more important than looks when it comes to headphones, but M&D headphones look a lot more refined than the competition. Leather and aluminum are far nicer than plastic, and the MW65s don't put pressure on your head or cause fatigue. I think these are the most comfortable headphones I've ever had. However, the earcups are narrower than most other headphones. So if you have big or wide ears, they can feel tight. Sonically, the MW65 headphones sound incredible. Just unbelievable. I've been listening to songs I've listened to on Bose, Beats, or AKG headphones for years, and I'm hearing subtle beeps that just aren't present on other headphones. The clarity simply isn't matched by other ANC headphones. The bass isn't overly heavy like the Beats, but it still sounds great, and they're not "over-acoustic" or lacking in bass like the Bose. Bluetooth pairing is easy and painless. I think you can connect up to 2 devices to it and I use MacBook Pro, iPad Pro and iPhone. I've never had trouble pairing with a device and it's easy to switch between them. I experienced stuttering with my MacBook Pro. It's rare and only lasts half a second when it happens, but it does happen. I really only encounter this in the office where everyone in the office uses Bluetooth devices like wireless mice, trackpads, iPhones, iPads... I think it has more to do with "overload" than anything else. For me, that's not a deal breaker. In homes with far fewer devices, the headphone connection is reliable. Perhaps the reason to buy the MW65 over the MW60 is the noise cancellation and I found it lacking, especially for the price. Yes, ANC works, but not as well as the Bose QC 35 headphones. I work in a busy office and I can hear conversations from across the room and noise from the A/C even with the noise-cancellation set to maximum. Noise is muffled, but not really isolated or suppressed. For β¬499 I would have expected more peace and quiet. The MW65 headphones advertise USB-C charging, which I consider standard, meaning I can use any USB-C charger to charge them. In my experience, this has not happened. My Mac and iPad charge via USB-C, but neither charger charges the MW65 headphones. If I connect the cable that came with the MW65 to an Apple charger, they get power from any Apple charger. However, none of Apple's USB-C cables do anything, and I don't know why. It would be nice to travel with a cable to charge everything, but that doesn't work. Battery life is good. I can work with active noise cancellation all week and don't have to charge until the weekend. For the record, I listen to music about 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, and my MW65 has never broken. They also charge quickly. Some reviews claim that the microphone does not meet the requirements when making calls. I did not test the quality of the mic as I will never make phone calls with these headphones and no one called me while wearing them to test them. :DIn summary, I think the MW65 is the best Bluetooth headphone you can buy in terms of sound. They are also the most beautiful. Noise cancellation isn't on par when compared to the competition and for the price, but it's still better than no ANC at all. I think it's a good product, but it's better to buy it for $350-400 than for $500.
