We got this house for our niece for Christmas and my daughter has a Fisher-Price Loving Family Dream with Caucasian family dollhouse. Both products are good, it all depends on how much space you want them to take up. Love the fact that there is a flip of our floor on the lower level. This allows you to place large sets like the kitchen without looking too big like my daughter's dollhouse. Overall this is great quality and I would highly recommend it to any young girl. It also helps when the family asks what to give the children for their birthday or Christmas. You can always use a different room or accessory.
