The weather is getting unpredictable here in the Northeast so I've decided to invest in an indoor grill for our steaks and local seafood just in case (it's not cold, it's raining, lol) . It was a great price for an indoor grill and a decent pan. Love the fact that it just rotates and there are 2 different cooking options, especially as my younger 2 love pancakes. The included little cookbook also had some great basic recipes as well as recommended cooking times for those unfamiliar with home grilling. It is big enough for a piece of trout and 4 fillets. It made great grill marks, great flavor, easy cooking, and ridiculously easy to clean. In addition, the temperature controller/plug is completely separate from the device, so you don't have to worry about damaging it or getting an electric shock if water is left behind. Plus, it's compact enough to keep in my franked kitchen.
