one size up, especially if you have a wide foot. I'm 8.5, ordered 9, still comfortable. not very good support either. But when I put my earbuds in, they feel good. They look nice and seem to be quite durable, so they're good for cosplay. but if you want a casual, supportive shoe, buy something else. I look forward to wearing them because they stand out.
