My 20 year old dresser used this exact make and model. After so many years and a few overloaded hoods, the center support at the load-bearing slats has buckled. In fact, the two pieces kept falling apart, not even holding an empty dresser drawer anymore. Disassembled the old and broken one, found the make and model, bought the exact replacement. Pretty easy to install, but if you're not careful you'll end up getting bearing grease on you and your furniture. So be mindful of where you place your parts as the new bracket will come pre-lubricated. In addition, everything fits together 100%, since nothing has changed compared to the manufacturer in 20 years. I love it when a plan works out.
