My car didn't have a center console, so I bought this. To me it's just a storage box with cup holders and small compartments. Just make sure you measure the area you're applying it to before you buy it and you're spot on. I stuck a screw through the floor and into the center of the car mat underneath to keep it from moving. Works great for me.
