Definitely the best costume for a dog! Thing is funny! The dog doesn't even know it's on, and when it runs it's damn funny to have a little cowboy hop on its back. Sizes can be tricky. We got the small and medium size as we weren't sure how it would fit. We have a Maltipoo and the little one was a bit small for him and the middle one was too big. Not a big deal as we added a small piece of velcro to the little one and it fitted perfectly. The middle one works too, but you really need to overlap the straps. The really cool thing about them is that the more you ride, the bigger the cowboy rider gets. The rider on the medium is twice as tall as the cowboy on the small. If you have a small dog, a small or medium-sized one will definitely do.
