The trimmer works well and is a nice design. The only problem is that after the first use the light went out a bit. It was light for the first few seconds, now it goes off and on. I also used new batteries. I laughed a little when I received it for the first time. Includes trimmer, brush and instructions. Everything in a nice box. I received everything but the only instruction I received was the instruction cover sheet. So I had to play it safe when cleaning. Small problems, but the trimmer works without pulling the hair.
