So I purchased 2 suits 1 in Navy and 1 in Black both size 10 for my child for attending a funeral. The black suit was packaged beautifully as it should be if it were new. When I pulled the Navy suit out this is what I got. (View pics) The white shirt was poorly folded and crumbled in the package and was not in its original packaging. The Tie was not placed on top like the black suit. This item should have been sold and priced as a used or opened item and not new. I’m pretty tired of paying full price on what I believe is a brand new item to only receive an opened and obviously used item. It seems to be happening a lot to me lately. My discontent is not with the suit itself. I have purchased this suit from this company previously and love l the quality and fit, It is great. My displeasure is more with the condition I am receiving the items. If I purchased New, then I should receive New, not a OPENED/LIKE NEW/GOOD/USED Condition.
