Bought this pencil for 1/5 the price of a branded pencil for a brand new iPad Pro (larger for a student). Mix up their pencils, plus this one can hold a charge much longer and comes with a cord - so it charges two ways, as a backup plan! The ONLY downside is that there is no way to tell you what percentage of life is left (neither on your screen nor on the pencil itself). So just carry the cable around as a "Plan B" if you want and you won't have a problem - ever, even if you use a pencil forever. But other than that, it's the same as a regular pencil, only a lot cheaper and with a lot more personality! Comes with 2 extra tips! Definitely worth the money... and more...
