I was eager to check out the SUNTHIN online store because of the extensive selection of home improvement products they offered, including tools, lights, and outdoor solutions. However, my encounter was not at all satisfying. To begin with, the quality of the items I received was quite low. I was dismayed to see that the outdoor lighting options I had selected were fragile and not very robust. Even though it was marketed as a high-quality item, the ceiling fan I purchased was poorly built and hardly functional. Two, there was inadequate assistance for customers. When I contacted customer support, they were unhelpful and took too long to respond to my request for a replacement or refund. I was upset and out of money after the experience. The SUNTHIN internet store was not a good one for me generally. If you're looking for high-quality items and friendly service, I wouldn't shop here. It's a shame, considering they have a wide selection, but the quality and service are subpar.
