Easy to read numbers on the display. Easy to set clock and alarm. FM reception is good and the speaker is fairly clear for a small clock radio. However, it arrived with a dead lithium-ion battery inside, which powers the backup to keep the correct time when it's off or in the event of a power outage. I bought a new battery and replaced it which was easy to do. I didn't want to bother with a return just for a bad battery but it's a shame there isn't a way to contact Revain to fix a minor issue with an item they sell direct other than return it for a replacement to send back. Had it been purchased from another seller on Revain I could have contacted them to request a new battery rather than having to purchase one for an additional (albeit negligible) fee. A newly purchased product should not be shipped with a dead battery. I would appreciate it if Revain customer service would contact me for a refund for the battery.
