Bottomline Front: Fits well in the waist and legs, loved the fit and lovely fabric but had to return it because Petite was way too long was for me. Details: I was hesitant to keep them because I loved the fit and feel and these pants were perfect for everyday wear. Unfortunately, they were ridiculously long. At 5ft 2in I'm used to petite pants being a bit longer and I can see why. The ideal length for me would probably be too short for a 5ft 4in person so companies have to make compromises. and I'm usually fine as long as I wear shoes with a slight instep. But I need stilts to make them work. I thought about hemming them but the cost wasn't worth it compared to the price of the pants. I ordered these through Prime Wardrobe so I also got the regular length pants to compare. The normal one was longer, but not by much. If you are of average height, you can try both short and regular lengths for comparison. Depending on how you plan to wear them, the petite size may suit you better. Summary: If you are average or taller, these pants will suit you. If you're on the short side you need to be able to hem them yourself or be willing to pay for it. I was not. However, they are very comfortable and have a nice silhouette; If the company changed the length of what you find in stores I would buy three pairs in no time.
