Very efficient tool for generators and portable power supplies

I have two Power Panels 100 watts for my experiment. Now take a look at the wattage rating in the screenshot and make an educated guess if I'm happy with this purchase. :) Dude this thing is consistently pushing over 100% out of my panels on a sunny day which is really amazing. Set up was easy too. The only downside is that it turns out I can't use its load output because my load sometimes exceeds the 20 amp limit, which immediately trips the overload protection. However, it really comes down to my error in the numbers when figuring out my experiment, so nothing wrong with the solar controller itself. Tech support isn't rated because I haven't had to contact them yet, so I have no idea what it's like.
