Normal USB cable = 0.75A when charging. This cable = 1.5A. = Charge twice as fast! With a "regular" cable, you only get half (or less) of the available power/charging speed. The same goes for charging adapters that plug into the wall. Or USB on your laptop. Maybe the braid is not as good as others have said. I haven't seen this problem, but these cables in this kit are less than $2 each. In the time I save by charging faster, I could weave an entire outfit for them. I have experienced great durability but am not sure how much stress they have been subjected to. Also, I didn't test the baud rate, but it's reasonable to expect high performance. But based on the loading speed alone: A really fantastic offer.
