All three don't sync to FTDI

After soldering the connectors, none of the three sync to my FTDI with the jumper set to 3.3V. I've tried overriding the bootloader with a spare UNO, and it was successful . But even after flashing the bootloader, they didn't sync. I cannot recommend this product as they were all DOA. I have two other WayinTop Pro minis that sync perfectly with my FTDI.
