Leaves hair soft and oily

I used to use Kenra volumizing shampoo so it's a real disappointment that this bottle doesn't match previous bottles I've used. Kenra must have changed the formula because this shampoo makes my hair soft and greasy. If I could return it I would. I won't buy this again. Very frustrating.
