Review on 💪 Redcon1 Total War Pre Workout Review: Boost Energy, Endurance, Focus, and Keto-Friendly by Joy Jones

Total War by Redcon1 is a durable, full-coverage pre-workout suit with the perfect balance of pump and energy. Flavor: I bought rainbow candy flavor and it's very tasty. Nothing special, but I don't take this supplement for a tasty drink, more for function. My only issue with the rainbow candy flavor is that it's a bit weaker. "bubbly" taste. It's a little hard to explain, but it tastes almost fizzy. Feature: Total War has enough caffeine to help you hit the gym after a long day at work (250mg) and keep you going. However, where Total War really shines is in the pumps it delivers. I have taken many pre-workout supplements in my 5+ years of training and Total War is definitely in my top 5 for in-workout pumps. For those of you familiar with the supplement industry, I would say that this pre-workout offers a slightly better pump than GAT's Nitraflex. Fair **Warning**, this supplement will give you a lot of fun with the beta alanine tingles (aka the "itch" that some pre-workout workouts cause) if you're not on high doses of beta-alanine used to alanine. Miscibility: Dissolves completely when mixed with 8-16 oz of water as it should. It still amazes me that there are companies in the supplement industry that fail this basic test so badly. General Thoughts: As I said at the beginning, this is a good pre-workout routine for any typical gym-goer. More experienced pre-workout users might find this product to be fairly average, while those with slightly less in-game skin might find this to be a fairly strong product.
