Like many others mine died after 6 months of very little use. After reading the two-year "guarantee,” the buyer sends the machine back, pays the postage, and Steamfast then decides if it's covered. What the hell is that. If someone sells me a defective product, why do I have to pay for the return shipping? Please don't waste your money on this business. Spend more money and get something better. Worst purchase I've made in a long time. Steamfast contacted me on October 12th, 2020 and after I sent a photo of my steam press with the cable cut (WTH?) they sent me a new one free of charge. Thanks Steamfast for your customer service!
