I've had my Model X for over 3 years now and to be honest I rarely have to take my fob out of my pocket. I used to have a silicone case for my key fob so it wouldn't get scratched when I put it in my pocket with my keys. The problem was that I went into my garage and the wooden door was open because I accidentally pressed a button in my pocket. This rigid aluminum case has raised edges to make it more difficult. All buttons are easily accessible and the key fob works normally even in a case. And it makes my X keychain as cool and beautiful as my Model X. I usually just leave it in my bag, but now it looks so good that I can take it out of my bag more often. Update: AziPro just sent me a message with a picture of the instructions on what to do with the little white pads. I already understood that they need to be placed at the bottom of the case shell to release the key fob from the metal of the case and ensure a tight fit. But I only used 2 pads on both ends. Seems to work just as well. I replied to them by saying it should have been in the box so people know what to do right away.
