I bought this because it had enough space for two laptops and other "work" stuff. Arrived on time, wrapped in plastic. Upon unpacking I noticed a strong chemical smell, so strong I had to put the bag in the trunk of my car for a week until the smell dissipated. The fittings proved poor and of course it broke after two weeks. There's no way to change the hardware without taking the bag to a leather craftsman - it's stitched. The skin itself is thin. The zippers also began to open. The bag itself is not padded and there are no pockets for cell phones etc anywhere. The outer front pocket sticks out when you try to close the flap with something inside. Inside the bag was a nice note thanking customers for their purchase and asking people to contact them with any problems. I emailed my concerns (the smell at the time and the equipment's apparent fragility) and never received a response. I've had my bag for 2 weeks now. I will throw it away and order a better bag from another seller. I wasn't expecting much from a bag this cheap, but I expected it to at least hold together and not stink. Not recommended.
