Small sock for size 14.
Although they should be a size 14, they fit more like a 12-13. After 1 day of wearing, the knee pain increased by 100%. However, I cannot recommend this product. I like the inserts but not the shoes.
Pros
- A little tighter than I could imagine. I would recommend buying a half size larger than you normally wear.
Cons
- Shoes may not provide adequate arch support for people with high arches.
