Glitter comes off everywhere

The dress is cute and my daughter loves it. My only complaint is that the glitter is sprayed on and not actually part of the skirt fabric. It came off everywhere and was 95% gone by the end of the first wash. And there’s glitter on EVERYTHING she touched, sat on, and any other clothes in her dresser drawer near it.
