This is a great phone. The sound quality is great and I love all the extensions available. To access more extensions, simply swipe the screen to navigate the list. It was very easy to set up, I just plugged it in and my controller found the phone and made all the necessary settings. Note. I already have a phone profile set up in my controller. The ability to use profiles for phones allows you to set up hundreds of profiles in a short time. The phone also has a video conferencing camera. We don't use this feature, so I can't comment on this feature. You should note that there are many customization options that students can get creative with when using this in a school environment, as I have once they have mastered one of these. Someone mentioned that there are no instructions, but here's a leaflet with one that explains how to use the phone, but the setup instructions come from your phone's controller. The setting is made by your controller. You may be able to use it as a standalone phone with your VOIP system, but I would check with your service provider first. It is designed to be used with the FortiVoice controller.
