I like that they communicate with you throughout each step of your campaign, whether its scheduled posts or responding to support tickets! Their staff are extremely talented individuals who really do care about our clients success - both personal & professional. Some campaigns require patience as there's nothing more frustrating than launching into something new when it already "feels" right but not being able make any changes at all before going live so its always better have faith :) They're doing some great work for us these days which includes developing content ideas we could only dream up ourselves beforehand (such as product tutorials). I liked how they were very professional, helpful with all my questions that i had about their services! They are great at what it takes to get your business seen by more people which helps you reach new customers for sure!! The price was also really good as well because of this we got so many leads from them too. Their customer service skills helped me out alot when ever there needed help or question solving etc..
