Great mascara if only it lasted longer in the tube!
Okay, I think the cover girl changed this formula because the packaging no longer says "waterproof" (it says "doesn't smear"). However, I don't think it's much different. I love this product for about 3-4 weeks and then it starts to get clumpy and not as easy to apply which is disappointing. Glad it's so cheap! If it had lasted longer I would have given 5 stars. A few good points: it doesn't irritate the eyes and sets well for the first few weeks, separating the lashes and making them very long.
