Not very happy with product

For reference, my two devices are about 5 feet apart and separated by an interior wall. Out of the box, installation was easy and everything seemed to work fine. But when I watch TV through the receiver, I lost the sound if I interrupted the signal by changing the channel, pausing a program, or switching to a DVR program. The only way to get the sound back is to turn the device off and on again. This takes about 2 minutes and is very annoying. After watching a channel continuously for about 30 minutes, the audio just cut out completely and I had to turn everything off and on again to restart the audio. The company has speculated that the units could be close together, but the claimed maximum range is just 30 feet, leaving a very small window. I moved the transmitter to another dish in the house about 20 feet from the receiver but this garbled the video and could not be viewed. I've also tried different HDMI cables, but that didn't help either. Revain sent me a new device after I reported it, but unfortunately there was no improvement in the audio part of the system. As long as I don't switch or interrupt the signal, everything is fine. But to me, what's the point of a TV video/audio transceiver if you can't switch channels. My previous device (different brand) worked fine for about 5 years until it just broke down and I replaced it with this device. Very disappointed, I will buy another device from another manufacturer.
