Great customer services and quick turnaround

The team at Alera has been very responsive in getting us up running quickly after our disaster recovery incident last year. They are always available for questions or concerns that arise during implementation of new systems/features. I would like more detail as far as what types of data they store within their system. We use them primarily for email storage (Gmail) but also have some file sharing applications using OneDrive. I liked that they were able to understand our business needs in order for us to make decisions about what was best for me as an individual! They have been very helpful throughout my time of using them by answering questions when needed or offering advice if it suited their knowledge base better than mine. The process can be long at times but overall worth while especially considering how much you get out of your service provider once hired.
