I have used this chair twice and I can tell you the following. When I first used it I was amazed at how much this chair could do for the price (a family member let me use his chair in 2002 and it cost at least $1000 and this massage is very similar). Since the rollers (or whatever is inside this thing) are not adjustable in width, pressure, depth of feel, you may need to experiment with different covers such as towel, blanket, foam padding. The second time I used the chair (the next day) it just hurt. I don't know if it's me or if it was to be expected, but it took me a while to get comfortable the second time around. As someone else said, be careful as this chair doesn't measure your weight or body position; especially the headrest/massager, do not fully lean on the headrest until you adjust the velcro properly. Overall I think I got what I paid for and when I find the right combination of materials to cover it I expect to be completely satisfied.
