The product arrived quickly and well packaged. When I got to the wallet, I noticed large creases and a few scratches. I thought it might actually have been a return and they repackaged it. I emailed the supplier with concerns and was told that creases and scratches are normal for this wallet. If I wanted a wallet without these flaws, then I would have to order a black wallet. They also said that all their wallets are new. I'm not sure. After loading my wallet with a few credit cards and some cash, definitely less than what I had in my previous wallet, the zipper on the inside of the wallet snaps when you go around the corner. My concerns were met with indifference.
