The gloves that come with them are fine, but they are designed for different hand sizes, so they never fit perfectly. My husband taped her hands and then used gloves as a fallback. She's not ready to hit hard enough to cause damage just yet. She loves this thing, but she would rather work with her father's punching bag than this one. Hanging is easy, we already have hooks for various bags, resistance bands and more. This is a lightweight bag so you really don't need much. The heavy bag is secured, but this one isn't. It's been a few months and he's still safe. It's more porous than regular bags, so be sure to wipe it down as often as possible, just in case. them, but it's okay to study in the beginning. The bag moves a lot because it's very light, so be prepared to hold onto it. It's easy to hang up and also easy to take down if you want.
