Started normally. I set up WiFi, restarted and everything was fine. Turned it off, restarted and ended up in recovery mode which never fixes itself and just keeps looping. It now has my personal credentials and I can't get it back unless I get a Win 10 CD and do a clean reinstall of the OS. I'm not even sure if this will work as I've tried debugging the launch but no tools work on it. Doesn't even start in safe mode. Looks like a HW error. I work in IT and have been using Windows for over 30 years. This device is like a dice roll that may require some work if it fails and you want to return it.
