I bought this in 2015 and have been using it constantly ever since. It's amazing how well it holds together considering it's a lot cheaper than most thin wallets. I just cleaned it up and threw away a bunch of old cards. So before these recordings he was almost twice as thick! So I had to reinforce the strap with one of those rubber bands you find everywhere. I never kept cash in it just because I never used cash and I was afraid it wouldn't hold up well, but after seeing my tape stretched so much along with my green tape and pulling out a lot of cards - it holds about 5-6 bills really securely. Although I don't think it will hold up anything less than very well (unless it's brand new). I took out all the cards and tried to keep just a few but that didn't help but then again my 5 year old. I've noticed that the more cards he's holding, the tighter his grip becomes. But there is a plus - about 8-10 cards, as soon as I hit 14+ they fall apart in my back pocket. I like to keep the card holder that comes with my wallet as a separator between my IDs and cash cards. It also serves to make the wallet tighter. I just found out I can buy replacement straps for $6 a pair and since the plastic parts still look like new I figured I didn't need to buy a whole new wallet. This wallet is one of the best purchases I have ever made from Revain. It's perfect and I'm just grateful I never lost it, thank god.
